B&B Package
Breakfast is served under the verandah of the café. Our guests can freely choose from a rich buffet with sweet and savoury options. Homemade white or wholemeal bread, freshly baked croissants, tarts and deserts (also homemade with organic and 0 km products -we only use the eggs of our generous hens), homemade jams, fresh and seasonal fruit - ours. The savoury options include local products such as capocollo and cheeses, friselle flavoured with tomatoes, oil and oregano of our production. The buffet is enriched with dried fruits, cereals, yoghurt, rustici and fruit juices, accompanied by our cappuccinos, espresso or American coffees, a vast choice of teas and herbal teas, and various types of milk, from whole to skimmed, without lactose, and vegetable drinks of oats, soya and rice. In addition to the buffet, our guests can order eggs (scrambled, poached, hard-boiled, soft-boiled, fried omelettes, etc.) which we will prepare on the spot and very fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies.
Room cleaning is every two days.
Casa Vacanza Package
With the holiday home package your stay is freer and more independent. An entire house is yours, with gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen, and linen for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. A separate washing machine is available on a shared basis. In addition to the table and chairs inside, outside you will find under a cool patio, another table with chairs and a barbecue.
It is possible, on request, to have breakfast as in the BB formula.
Cleaning of the rooms is weekly.
La Piscina (Swimming pool)
The swimming pool is surrounded by a traditional dry-stone wall and accessed through wooden gates to ensure the safety of children. The pool dimensions are 14x6 metres, the depth is 90cm to 150cm and it has two small beaches with just 10cm of water and a soft bottom.
No chemicals are used to purify the water only salt, as is the case with sea water, but with a much lower percentage of salt. This avoids inflammation of the eyes and eliminates the problem of losing your tan along with the colours of your swimsuit.
At the swimming pool the following are available to our guests: sun loungers, deck chairs, tables and umbrellas.
Il Solarium
Next to the beautiful solarium, which overlooks the swimming pool, is a heated 5-seater hydromassage tub (jacuzzi), using the same salt water as the swimming pool. It is available for our guests to use at their leisure at no extra cost.
The solarium itself has some wooden armchairs and two sofas, making it the perfect place to relax with a good book or even to enjoy the beautiful panorama that can be admired from up there.
lI Giardino (The Garden)
The garden, with its English lawn, is well cared for and full of flowers and their scents. Between the garden and the swimming pool there is a wrought iron gazebo covered with roses and jasmine that shades a large round table with 12 seats. This is also available to our guests.
La Caffetteria
In the immediate vicinity of the gazebo is the cafeteria, situated under a wooden verandah hung with edible grapes. Here you will find tables for your breakfast (in the B&B Package or on request in the Caza Vacanza (Holiday Home) package) or for an excellent and relaxing coffee or cappuccino. Inside the cafeteria is a wood-burning stove and here you can also see how pizzas, focaccias and bread are prepared.

Rent a Bike
Mountain bikes and e-bikes are available to hire, allowing you to easily explore the Valle d’Itria far and wide.
A very short distance from the Trulli Valle d’Itria B&B (about 1,500 metres), there is a very
characteristic trail that takes you past farms, ancient small holdings with trullis, woods and vineyards. This trail, which can be done both on foot and by bike, is the main route of the Apuglian aqueduct (waterpipes are now buried underneath) a place of peace where motor vehicles are forbidden. It is a fairly long trail but it is all flat and so not very demanding.
Parking
There is secure and shaded parking. Guests, together with the keys to the trulli, also receive the remote control for the electric gate.
Surrounding land of the B&B property
The land of the B&B is, on the one side, planted with fruit and olive trees and, on the other, with a vegetable garden.
Everything is grown using organic methods, allowing the cycle of growth and maturation to take place in a natural way.
In addition, some hens provide us with fresh eggs for your breakfast.

2) Yoga lessons, either individual or group, hours to be agreed with the client.
On request, you can also book a relaxing or a lymphatic drainage massage. It is advisable to book yoga lessons and massages prior to your arrival, or at least a day before.
For the enjoyment of your children, we have built a beautiful and welcoming little wooden house in a large fig tree. The little house is equipped with a slide and a wall for free climbing.
