The main house
This beautiful villa offers all the aminities you would expect in your own home.

These include a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave oven, refrigerator and washing machine.

Outside, guests have exclusive use of a pizza oven, barbecue and a spacious eating area, with covered verandah.

Trulli and Lamia
These traditional buildings, a typical feature of the Puglia landscape, offer a unique exprerience.

Each have their own private outside areas, separate from the main house facilities and garden areas.

General amenities
All the accomodation has its own satellite TV, radio, stereo, refrigerator, plus outside table and chairs with big umbrella.

Your hosts also provide a stock of ready-made products for breakfast during you stay.

Swimming pool
The 12 by 6 metre swimming pool is surrounded by a traditional dry stone wall, entered by little wooden gates, making the area completely safe for children.

Roman steps lead into the pool, the shallow end being 90 cm deep, increasing to a depth of 150 cm.
We don't use chemical products to treat the water but rely on only salt, just like sea water but with a much lower percentage of salt.
This avoids eye inflammations and losing your sun-tan, together with the colour of your bathing suit!
The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs and a large umbrella for shade.

The sundeck
Jacuzzi with 5 seats.
Next to the beautiful sun deck overlooking the swimming pool, a 5-seater Jacuzzi has been installed, using the same salt water as the pool. Our guests can enjoy it whenever they want, without surcharge.
On the sun deck are some sun loungers and two sofas, so you can sunbathe, relax with a good book, or simply enjoy the beautiful panorama that can be admired from up there. In the evening the area is romantically lit and you can dine by candlelight.
Two nights a week you will have the opportunity to dine on the terrace and to enjoy the local cuisine, with a focus on organic produce that is, above all, zero km (from our garden and nearby farms).
The pool is heated so you can swim from April to November without any problem, even in the rain. (va messo alla piscine)

The garden
The garden, with an English lawn, is beautifully cared for and is full of flowers and their scent. Between the garden and the swimming pool you will find a wrought iron Gazebo covered with roses and jasmine, with shade provided by its canvas awnings.

The caffetteria
In the immediate vicinity of the gazebo, under a wooden verandah hung with grapes, is the Caffetteria. Here you will find some little tables for your breakfast (in the style of a B&B) or for an excellent and relaxing cup of coffee.
There is also a Forno a legna (wood oven)near the cafeteria. If you want, you can see how the pizza, the focaccia (flat bread)and other breads are prepared.
